Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom-made or pre-order items may require 5–10 business days to produce before shipping.

Refund Policy
We want you to love what you wear, but if something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.
Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are applicable only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items.

Items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and returned within 7 days.
Conditions:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received.
Note: Refunds are not issued for wrong size selection unless the sizing issue is due to our error.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Order Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

After 12 hours, processing begins and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

Email us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

State the reason, include pictures, and your order number.

Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided.

Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of return receipt.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is from our end.
